The company relies on its team - engineers with specialization in industrial and civil engineering, surveying, water and sanitation, electricity, hydropower construction, railway construction, skilled builders for various construction and repairs - plumbers, electricians, specialists - ventilation, dry wall,  painters, faience, climbers, casing, welders, plumber, carpenters, drivers, suppliers and other workers, administrative and legal department.

   Construction teams and work with highly technical equipment and safe delivery, depending on the nature of work. Since early 2005 the company has its own facilities for production of aluminum and PVC windows. The machines are safe in terms of electrical safety. The organization works with established suppliers of materials and external services, machinery, equipment and tools necessary to implement the agreed work with the customer types. The company have created a very good organization, work environment, healthy and safe working conditions for each construction site, under the current regulations and standards in Bulgaria.
